Instructions Project

In this project, completed for my professional writing course, I developed a user guide on how to insert comments in Google Drive using Google Slides. The focus was on integrating clear instructional content with effective graphic design principles, such as the use of headings, alternate steps, and strategic white space to enhance readability and user experience.

I employed contrasting colors, visual aids, and a two-column layout to ensure the document was both informative and aesthetically appealing. This project refined my skills in graphic design, instructional communication, and layout management, providing a strong foundation for future professional writing tasks.
